The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Investments and Securities Act (ISA) 2007 hereby directs all Capital Market Operators (CMOs) to fill in information of their current registration status through the link below:

The current registration information of all CMOs has been sent to their respective e-mails, to assist them in filling the forms provided by the link above.

All CMOs are advised to comply with this directive on or before December 23rd, 2016. For those that could not receive the emails, the Commission may be contacted on cmoregistration@sec.gov.ng or call any of the following staff:
