In order to achieve the objective of fostering Capital Market integration in West Africa as embedded in the WASRA Charter, the Executive Council of WASRA in collaboration with the West African Capital Market Integration Council (WACMIC) has prescribed Guidelines for the cross-border issuance of Fixed Income Securities by statutory bodies in WASRA member countries.
