Following the Commission’s approval for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE (the Refinery) to open on Monday, September 14, 2026, the public is hereby advised to exercise caution and ensure that all applications and payments relating to the IPO are made only through the officially designated and approved receiving agents/subscription channels and platforms.

Prospective investors are specifically advised to:

1. Obtain information about the IPO only from the SEC official channels, Issuer’s official channels, and other official channels established and approved for the IPO.

2. Verify the authenticity of any website, platform or link before providing personal or financial information.

3. Follow only the officially announced subscription/application process and IPO timetable.
