Notice to all Capital market Operators (CMOS) on 2026 Renewal of Registration

This is to inform all Capital Market Operators (CMOs) and the general public that the annual renewal of Registration of CMOs for the year 2026 will commence from January 01, 2026.

All CMOs applying for renewal of registration are required to upload their 2026 annual subscription receipt issued by their respective trade groups and all other required documents on the renewal of registration application portal.

In line with the Commission’s Rules & Regulations, all CMOs are to complete the process of renewal of registration for 2026 on or before January 31, 2026 via the application portal –

Note that CMOs without valid registration will be penalized and may be excluded from carrying out capital market activities.
