Circular

In order to address the gap observed in the implementation of Rule 19(4) as amended, the Commission hereby invites all previously registered Sponsored Individuals, who left their Sponsoring Companies before May 12, 2014 and have not successfully transferred their registration, to file an application for the transfer of their registration, using the title of this circular for the application.

 

All eligible applicants must submit their application to the Commission on or before Friday, April 29, 2019,in order to be considered.
